Job Description
This role involves traveling to multiple clients per day, supporting them in their own homes. You will be required to follow care plans to assist with tasks such as showering and personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, hoisting/transfers, social support, respite and domestic assistance
Preferred availability is between 7am to 8pm weekdays and weekends and interested candidates must be available for a minimum of twenty hours per week or more.

Desired Skills and Experience
To join the White Oak family, you require:
Cert III Individual Support / Aged Care (for Personal Care services)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
A minimum of 6 months experience in an aged care support or similar field
A valid WA driving licence
Reliable, road worthy and registration vehicle
